How to Extend the Service Life of the Road Marking Machine?

1. After the spraying operation is completed, first loosen the return wide handle counterclockwise, release the pressure to zero and then turn off the motor, otherwise, it will cause the motor to burn, or the internal parts of the machine will be damaged.
2. After the spraying work, the spraying machine should be cleaned immediately to prevent the residual paint from becoming hard and causing clogging.
3. During the spraying process, if the spraying is not smooth. Check and clean the suction filter in time.
4. Regularly check whether the fasteners are loose and whether the seals are leaking.
5. After using the machine for three months, open the pump cover to check that the hydraulic oil is clean and lacking. If the hydraulic oil is clean but missing, it needs to be added; if the hydraulic oil is not clean, it needs to be replaced.
