Yes, 2 sets of hydraulic stone splitter exported to New Zealand.
Hydraulic rock splitter for sale in New Zealand
The project is located at a construction site in New Zealand. The main task is to dig rock foundations for new power transmission lines. Due to the complex environment around the construction site, traditional blasting methods are not feasible, so a hydraulic stone splitter is chosen to ensure construction safety and efficiency.

Construction steps: how to use the rock splitting machine?
Site preparation
Before construction, conduct a site survey to determine the type and distribution of rocks. Develop a detailed construction plan based on the characteristics of the rock to ensure that the splitting point is set reasonably.
Split point setting
Use a pneumatic gun to drill holes in the rock, with the hole spacing set to 0.5 meters and the hole depth not less than 500 mm.
Ensure that all hole axes are on the same plane to improve the splitting effect.
Hydraulic splitter operation
Insert the splitting gun of the hydraulic splitter into the drilled hole.
Start the hydraulic system and monitor the oil pressure, which is usually set at 60MPa to ensure effective rock splitting.
During the splitting process, if it is not completely separated, the thick wedge can be replaced for secondary or tertiary separation.
Slag removal operation
Use a special earth lifter to quickly clean up the rock residue after splitting.
For particularly tight rocks, use manual prying and pneumatic picks for auxiliary crushing.
