How to use vertical scrap iron baler?
1. Prepare the baler and strapping tape, ensuring a safe working environment. 2. Open the small doors on both sides, as well as the front and rear doors. Place the strapping tape on the bottom row, then close the doors. Pull the support rods for the small doors on both sides (using the hydraulic door opening switch) and secure the small door. 3. Load the material into the hydraulic metal baler evenly and flatly, avoiding any tilt. 4. Pull the stepping and pressing handle outward to lower the upper pressure row until it reaches the yellow marking line. Then, push the handle inward to raise the upper pressure row, stopping at the yellow marking line. 5. Add more material to the baler and repeat the process until the material reaches the desired weight. Push the stepping and pressing handle inward again to raise the upper pressure row to the yellow marking line and stop. 6. Attach the strapping tape to the upper pressure row, then pull the booster handle outward to simultaneously press down the stepping bag and pressure cylinder, stopping when the belt reaches the yellow marking line. 7. Release the small door support rod (using the inner push door handle of the hydraulic door), open the small door and main door, and secure the strapping tape by threading and buckling it. 8. Finally, push the pressure handle inward to raise the pressure bar to the yellow marking line and stop, then push the bag out to complete the packaging process.
